Dexter Taylor: A Politcal Lynching
Hunter Biden gets wrist slaps but Taylor is in maximum security prison for the legal activity of privately building his own firearms for personal use.
Dexter Taylor is an unjustly incarcerated innocent American targeted because he also happens to be a black conservative gun owner.
The two most besieged rights the American people have are our freedom of speech and our right to bear arms. However, you cannot have the freedom of speech without the right to bear arms, simply because every country that has ever decided to silence their people first had to remove their ability to fight back. You’ll find that every country that turned to communism has followed this exact path. Taylor is one of America’s most recent victims of this venomous mindset, and he joined Dana today to speak about his case from jail. I’ve written about Taylor before here and you can read more about his backstory here.
Taylor was politically lynched for the legal activity (only until very recently) of privately building firearms within the confines of his New York home. Dexter, a family man with no history of any crime violent or otherwise, is a hobbyist who enjoys a federally legal activity, and something that is currently legal in over 40 states. His guns were never fired, that is until the raid and authorities fired them later to cite their operability for the case against him. You do not need a license to construct a firearm solely for personal use. Where you do need a license, however, is when you manufacture firearms for sale or distribution, which Dexter was not doing nor had any intention of doing.
New York State didn’t care, and in 2021 they changed their law on “ghost guns” (the scary term for “privately made firearms”) thereby creating felons out of innocent people. They sent a SWAT team to perform a “no knock” raid on his home in the middle of the night and confiscate his private property.
This was all two years ago. The software engineer had to do this interview today from a maximum security prison, treated as if he was a gun runner, incarcerated like he was a rapist or murderer. Taylor correctly points out that, “[I] caught no federal heat on this case. The ATF drove the search warrant and was there to check their work, but other than that, they disappeared, we haven't heard from them. If I did anything out of order, the ATF would have been all over me like Hunter Biden on a coke line. This is entirely New York State being out of line.”
The feds didn't get him, the state did. Dexter added: “People always want to tell me about Harriet Tubman. People forget that Harriet Tubman was packing. Everybody wants to tell me about Martin Luther King. People forget that the safe houses Martin Luther King stayed at were arsenals. People forget that the civil rights movement was armed to the teeth actually because what they rejected was political violence and correctly.”
The Founding Fathers knew exactly how corrupt and tyrannical the government had the potential to become, and their service in fighting one for the very freedoms they enjoy today is exactly why they decided to affirm the right to bear arms to all American citizens.
Taylor put it best: “It is time for these Democrats and local and state governments to start paying a political price for stomping all over our constitutional rights and civil rights because they are of the people, we’re who they're supposed to be working for.”
Hold your leaders accountable, loudly roar your disapproval of political lynching, because if you don’t, you might be America’s next Dexter Taylor.

This is the Biden regime for you. President Trump should pardon him.
This case makes my blood boil. He never should have been arrested or put in prison!
