Riots and brats.
They’re still rioting in California and now also in parts of Colorado. They tried rioting in Dallas, but after the BLM riots where a leftist killed five cops and shot twelve others, I think the PD changed their operating procedures and now they just tear gas them. Blocking the roadway is a crime in Texas, per Texas Penal Code 42.03.
