The document was deleted minutes after it was posted to the Fulton County Court website.
UPDATE:
The Fulton County Clerk declared that the leaked indictment was fake.
Local media suggested that it was possible that the “leaked indictment” may have been a placeholder that was mistakenly published.

Monday afternoon, a document was posted, then almost immediately taken down, to the Fulton County Courthouse website that seems to list the charges that DA Fani Willis will be charging against former President Donald Trump, likely later this week.
GA’s RICO law is fairly broad, meant to help the state combat gangs. DA Willis has used RICO so often, including in a gang case and a case against the school system, she is considered an expert in GA RICO law.
The felony charge for Solicitation of a Public Official to Violate Oath (#28) is likely the phone call that Trump placed to Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.
According to the reporting by the BBC, there are a few more witnesses who have been called to testify before the GA Grand Jury on Monday and Tuesday. Official charges are likely going to be filed later this week.
