No Unity with Monsters
They called language “violence” to justify violence against our language.

There is a real difference between a business canning someone who celebrates the murder of a man in front of his family due to his beliefs and the tarring and feathering of someone over a distasteful tweet from 15 years ago.
Carson King was a college student who got Milkshake Ducked for quoting the show “Tosh.0.” The leftist mob saw a guy with a sign on TV and immediately wen back a decade into his Twitter/X timeline and found the quoted joke, attributed it directly to him, and proceeded to ruin his life. It was the first in a series of digital lynchings perpetrated by the left. I wrote an entire book on it.
The lefties getting themselves fired include teachers who record their murderous cheers while still in their classrooms, surgeons and doctors who jubilantly post things like “Charlie had it coming,” pilots who fly giant commercial jets with hundreds of people on them — all people who think it’s fine if you die for believing as you do and have the professional capability to make it happen fast. Yes, I do want a list of who these people are so I don’t go to them for medical care, to fly me across country, or have my college kid take one of their courses. As a friend remarked, the left always wanted a universal background check list, now they’ve got one.
“It’s sad that it happened but he said incendiary things,” say people who think that anyone who believes the things Charlie Kirk believed is volunteer for execution, the problem being that all of us share those pretty non-controversial views that Charlie held and have verbalized them. By their logic, it’s sad if we’d all be killed, but we believe some pretty incendiary things, which is more incendiary than actually shooting someone in the neck in front of their family and thousands of students, apparently.
Qualifying the horror is to justify the horror. There is no comparison, no whataboutism. No one cheered when a Tim Walz appointee killed the Hortmans. No one cheered when a pro-Hamas supporter torched Governor Josh Shapiro’s home. In the past several years we’ve seen a string of violent attacks from leftists: Antifa, BLM, Chaz/Chop, the congressional ball field attempted assassination, the attack of Rand Paul, the attempted assassination of Justice Kavanaugh, two attempted assassinations on Trump, the murder of the Jewish embassy workers in D.C., the attack on Tesla owners and the vandalism of their vehicles, the riots on college campuses and the targeting of Jewish students, trans terrorists shooting up schools and churches. I’m not even covering the day-to-day concerns of myself and every single one of my contemporaries who have to worry about security concerns that do not cross a leftist’s mind, because leftists don’t live in fear of nonexistent conservative violence the way conservatives legitimately worry about well-documented leftist violence. It is not even remotely, at any level, comparable and anyone who argues otherwise is an easily disproven liar.
Greg Gutfeld destroyed this line of argument earlier today with hurt and passion.
Stop telling us to “tone it down.” We weren’t the ones who amped it up. We were the ones who warned the left for years that their rhetoric would push too far and that after decades of telling everyone that all the people who disagree with them are Hitler, someone may be prevailed upon to act. They called language “violence” to justify violence against our language.
We showed up repeatedly, in good faith, to debate. I was screamed out of a town hall in Florida. Ben Shapiro had events shut down on campuses. Other conservative speakers had to hide in janitor’s closets, or get things thrown at or on them. I could clap to each of my next words here for emphasis: This. Does. Not. Happen. To. People. On. The. Left.
If the left wants unity they can start by modeling it themselves.
There is a ton more, but you get the idea.
If the left wants unity they can stop calling everyone they disagree with Hitler, or fascists, or racists, or anything other than fellow Americans with whom they disagree. They can speak clearly and forcefully against violence — and not promote their bail funds or ignore their violence.
The left can stop stripping the humanity from people who merely think differently. They can stop brainwashing people into thinking that violence is a substitute for discourse. They can stop dehumanizing conservatives for difference of policy, as a substitute for informed debate. I have zero interest in any unity with these monsters until that happens and no one else should feel any such expectation to start making amends with people who’ve shown zero inclination themselves to ever do so.
They pulled their terrorist sh*t here in Richmond VA a year or two ago when John Reid (former radio host at your WRVA affiliate and current candidate for Lt Gov) was hosting Andy Ngo.
They called the venue relentlessly and harassed and terrified and threatened the staff into canceling. They then did the same at the back up venue. (And yeah, I have the receipts.) Eventually the event was held at a THIRD place.
Quotes from the loser lunatic leftists: "This is a perfect example of freedom of speech" and "This is quite literally how freedom of speech is supposed to work."
How...HOW did we get to this bastardized version of "free speech"? They literally think it's the opposite of what it is!
Excellent Miss Dana! We on the right have also been called an existential threat to democracy time and time and time again. The left know exactly what they are promoting.
