Biden’s Student Loan Debt Forgiveness plan is unconstitutional. The full opinion is on the Court’s website. The absolute icing on the cake is that Justice Roberts quoted Rep. Nancy Pelosi in the majority opinion.
Freedom of Religion wins over “Bake the Cake, bigot.” The full opinion can be found on the Court’s website. Most will remember the 2018 case of Masterpiece Cakeshop in Colorado and how SCOTUS ruled very narrowly on ONLY that case in favor of the owner, Jack Phillips. But this new case, that of 303 Creative v. Elenis, also out of Colorado, essentially rules that Freedom of Religion applies to businesses as well. No longer can someone force a religious business owner to provide a service that goes against their beliefs.

Twitter disables the ability to see tweets without being logged in. It’s rumored this is in response to the latest French riots, which Macron blames on Video Games and Social Media.
Ron DeSantis promises to get rid of the IRS. He also listed the Commerce, Energy, and Education departments on his short list of federal agencies he would abolish.
Parkland School Resource Officer Scot Peterson was found Not Guilty of failing to protect the kids during the horrific 2018 shooting. Despite what Steve Doocy thinks, this must have been leaked by the DOJ. The judge’s orders in this case so tightly control how the defense can handle evidence, to the extent that Former President Trump is not even allowed to take his notes about the evidence out of his lawyers’ office.
