Question: Wasn’t there supposed to be a SOTU yesterday? It was tentatively scheduled for the 23rd. So is the plan to not have Biden address the nation unless the coronavirus package is passed? Is that the best strategy? Or would it be better for Democrats to use the stage of the SOTU to press for passage? Weird tactics here.
