After President Biden pardoned his son, his lawyers filed in both courts to dismiss all charges and adjourn all further proceedings. Special Counsel David Weiss filed the same response in both courts, pointing to US v Bannon and US v Urlacher as examples that prove a pardon does not wipe out the indictment.
