Kamala Vows "Mandatory Gun Buyback" With Executive Order In Her First 100 Days

In flashback audio Harris claims Congress lacks the “courage to act” and threatens on the implementation of gun control measures: “… if they don’t within the first 100 days of my administration I’m going to take executive action.”

Previously she’s said: “We have to have a buyback program. I support a mandatory buyback program.”

It’s not a “buyback” because I didn’t buy my guns from the feds. Call it what it is, confiscation. Harris believes that the state can come to your home armed with their guns and force you to give up your rights and property, peacefully, of course, because we all know the blessed state has never killed anyone unjustly.

This is the stupidity of the left's gun control positions: The same left that insists the state murdered Michael Brown (it didn't, but for the purpose of argument here we are), Breonna Taylor, Atatiana Jefferson, et al.; the same state that allowed for Uvalde and Parkland also wants only that same state to possess guns.

This justice system has repeatedly established that the state has absolutely no legal obligation to protect your life or defend you (Warren v. District of Columbia; DeShaney v. Winnebago County; Castle Rock v. Gonzales) and still Democrats demand that you forfeit your right to self defense so only this same state is armed.

Either you believe in the possibility of a tyrannical state to the point where you don't want to ever be disarmed by it or you do not believe in the possibility of a tyrannical state and the Founders were wrong. Both ways cannot be true.

“She’s only talking about ARs,” is the parroted refrain. An AR-10? AR-15? Or is it just a caliber thing? So is .223 not OK but a .308 OK?

And are we targeting only the most commonly-owned semi-auto rifle which runs afoul of the common-use litmus test established by Heller, so just ones that are black? What if, instead of black, we use gray polymer? If it’s about reducing crime, why not target black market pistols, most commonly used in gang and drug crimes? Is it because that would penalize the criminals, who Democrats seek to protect with restorative justice, thus commonly-owned semi-auto rifles must be targeted instead? If it’s about saving lives, why not target drugs, drownings, and automobile accidents — when you remove 18-19 year-olds from the CDC’s highly criticized definition of “children” to pad stats — which take the top spot in juvenile fatalities per CDC, and FBI?

Because gun control is about none of these things. It’s about just that, control.
