James Comey Calls to "86" Trump

The disgraced former FBI head resorted to vile stunts to promote his new book.

Disgraced former FBI Director James Comey has a new book coming out and saw fit to promote it by spelling out “86 47” with seashells in the sand.

I worked as a server in a restaurant throughout college. To “86” a dish means to kill it, to cancel it for whatever reason. Maybe the kitchen is out of a main ingredient, maybe there isn’t enough left. A few duplicitous d-bags online insist it doesn’t mean that, but it does, and Comey’s deletion and explanation are idiotic shows he’s just trying to play cute. He’s not saying “we’re all out of 47,” he’s saying get rid of 47.

The head of the highest law enforcement agency in the land doesn’t know this long-established slang? Nonsense, and he knows it, we know it, and he knows we know it. It’s more cringe than taking the time to spell out “86 47” with seashells on the beach. Comey acts like a spurned bunny boiler.

Twice now people have attempted to assassinate the sitting President of the United States. In 2022 a leftist tried assassinating Justice Kavanaugh days after Chuck Schumer stood on the steps of the Supreme Court and shouted “you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price … you won’t know what hit you …” in a fury over Roe vs Wade’s defeat. Just a few years before that a Bernie Sanders campaign volunteer tried assassinating a ballfield full of Congress members and he was only thwarted because Steve Scalise, as part of House leadership, had armed security with him.

When will the left stop resorting to violence as a substitute for reasoned debate?
