O’Keefe was given what was purported to be Ashley Biden’s diary (diary of drugs and hookups reportedly by Biden’s 40 year-old daughter, the female Hunter) by a tipster and O’Keefe chose to report it to law enforcement rather than report it. Somehow this local matter escalated up to the federal level and the FBI, on order from Merrick Garland’s DOJ, executed a warrant on James O’Keefe’s and other Project Veritas’s employee homes. From that the FBI leaked details of confidential communication between Project Veritas and their lawyers to the NYT, which the NYT published.

Were the NYT acting as journalists and not Pravda, they would have published a story on how a federal intelligence agency is leaking a journalists’s privileged legal conversations to the press based on the political perspective of said journalist. Remember the sanctity of the free press? Neither do the members of the “press” keeping quiet about this. Remember it the next time they cry about a mean tweet.

'The FBI is tipping off the NYT about its raids': Lawyer for Project Veritas boss James O'Keefe suggests feds are breaking the law by handing privileged legal communications to Times journalists for 'hit piece'
