A Washington D.C. grand jury indicted former President Trump today regarding the allegations involving his actions on January 6th.
The 45-page indictment lists four counts: Conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding; obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding; and conspiracy against rights. Oddly, for all the Democrats’s talk of “incitement,” that isn’t one of the recommended charges from Special Counsel Jack Smith.
No one expects a fair trial from the D.C. court. The case was assigned to U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkin, an Obama nominee who went hard on January 6th cases.
Andrew McCarthy moments ago: "He has extravagantly stretched these statues in order to try to capture this behavior and that's because this is really a proxy for what should have been a political impeachment process.”
The trial is set for May 2024.
I’ll break this down on tomorrow’s program.

How would they win?? Keep adding more charges.
The corruptocrats seem to think this will disenfranchise people from voting for President Trumps, but it does the opposite
