🚨BREAKING: JUDGE UNSEALS TRUMP RAID WARRANT

Just in — the warrant for the raid on Mar-a-Lago has been unsealed:

Initial observations: Nearly every president has had disputes with the National Archives about presidential records. Bill Clinton lost nuclear codes. I cite these cases because the equal treatment is absent when Trump is involved.

This is just the warrant, not the affidavit, which requires a separate court order to unseal.

Garland is hinting towards an espionage act violation.

Under "Attachment B" of the FBI raid document, Garland demanded the seizure of literally any record Trump ever saw, read, or created over the entire 4-year term of his presidency: "Any government and/or Presidential Records created between January 20, 2017, and January 20, 2021."

Again, the classification statutes/regulations *do not apply* to the President of the United States. He has the inherent constitutional power, as commander-in-chief, to classify and declassify anything he wants, in any manner he wants. The Supreme Court reaffirmed this in 1987.

In contrast, Hillary Clinton was never the President of the United States. She didn't have the constitutional power to declassify records and keep them on her illegal home server. She was bound by the Espionage Act and other statutes/regulations dealing with classified records.

So essentially Garland’s remark yesterday wherein he claimed that this was “narrow in scope” is garbage. As shown above, the warrant specifically says any presidential or government records created during the entirety, from beginning to end, of Trump’s term. I spoke about the statutory authority regarding declassification this past week with Andy McCarthy; McCarthy noted that this is a part of the law which is fairly vague. So they want to go after Trump for records he was allowed to have while president, communication and/or files sent to him as part of the job? Regardless of whether or not they were classified or declassified? This is wild.

We still don’t have an unsealed affidavit which provides the reason for the warrant. As of now, it’s all speculation, more informed than before, but not concrete.
