🚨BREAKING: Hunter Verdict is IN
Hunter has been found Guilty on all three counts.
Monday morning, the defense announced that Hunter would not testify. So after a brief rebuttal case by the prosecution, and closing arguments, the case went to the jury.
The jury returned to deliberations on Tuesday morning and, by 11 am Eastern, had reached a verdict.
GUILTY
On all three counts.
As to Count One, charging the defendant with making a false statement in connection with the acquisition of a firearm, we the jury find the defendant: GUILTY
As to Count Two, charging the defendant with making a false statement with respect to information required to be kept in records, we the jury find the defendant: GUILTY
As to Count Three, charging the defendant with possession of a firearm by a person who is an unlawful user of or addicted to a controlled substance, we the jury find the defendant: GUILTY
The next phase is sentencing. On at least two of the counts, Hunter is facing a maximum prison sentence of 10 years, while the third has a maximum of five years. Each count also carries a maximum fine of $250,000. Judge Noriega said she would set a sentencing date at a later time.

Whoopee Ding Ding! Now what? He should be found guilty of tax evasion him his criminal father and criminal uncle. This way they all can be sentenced together. I don't know why the inept republicans never asked for any of their tax returns but they demanded Trumps and got it. It's like the cognitive test. Why didn't the lame duck republicans demand Biden take one? Republicans are nothing but sissies.
