BREAKING: Hunter Biden's Lawyers Accused of Deceiving the Court a Day Before Expected Guilty Plea
A lawyer affiliated with Hunter's legal team misrepresented herself to get an amicus brief pulled ahead of tomorrow's plea deal hearing
Hunter Biden’s much-discussed sweetheart plea deal is set to be officially accepted Wednesday morning. However, his legal team’s antics Tuesday afternoon have jeopardized that plea deal.
Tuesday morning, the House Ways and Means Committee Chair, Rep Jason Smith, had his lawyers file an Amicus brief alleging that Hunter had benefited from “political interference which calls into question the propriety of the investigation.” The brief included as evidence all of the testimony from both IRS whistleblowers and everything else the Committee had regarding this case.
Then, at about 1:30 pm, Smith’s lawyer, Theodore Kittila, was informed that the brief had been pulled down and removed at the request of someone with his office. This sparked a flurry of emails between the clerk, Kittila, and Hunter’s lawyer, Chris Clark, which exposed the truth. A woman named Jessica Bengels had called the clerk’s office, representing herself as a member of Kittila’s office, and requested the brief to be pulled. There’s one problem, Jessica Bengels doesn’t work for Kittila. She works for Latham & Watkins, Chris Clark’s former law firm, who have been helping Clark with the Hunter Biden case.
When the judge was alerted, she was upset, to say the least. She threatened sanctions and gave the Biden legal team until 9 pm Tuesday to respond. A lawyer at Latham & Watkins, Matthew Salerno, responded, claiming it was all just a big misunderstanding. They also had Jessica Bengels submit a statement in which she seems to try to say the clerk lied without outright saying the clerk lied.
We will have to wait until after the Wednesday hearing to determine the judge’s response to this shady trick Hunter’s legal team tried to pull.

Hunter and his father must be held to account.
These people are evil. This is no surprise. That plea deal should be rejected period.
