Bomb Threats Sent to Multiple Trump Nominees

At least one threat had a pro-Palestinian message attached.

One day after Politico published a piece about a letter from the pro-Palestinian Faux-sassin, several Trump nominees received bomb threats or swatting attempts. According to Fox News, nearly a dozen of Trump’s nominees have gotten bomb threats this morning. So far, these are the ones we know about:

Howard Lutnik, Commerce Secretary, had police show up at his home at 8 am Wednesday after someone called in a bomb threat claiming there was a pipe bomb in his mailbox.

Elise Stefanik, UN Ambassador, got a call from her hometown PD as she was driving home with her husband and son on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. She was informed there had been a bomb threat on her home, and the police were there clearing the location.

Lee Zeldin, EPA Administrator, announced that a pipe bomb threat with a pro-Palestinian message was sent to his home Wednesday. Thankfully, no one was home at the time.

Brooke Rollins, Agriculture Secretary, shared on X that her home and family were also targeted this morning. Thankfully, they were not at home at the time of the threat, but they were able to return home safely this afternoon.

Matt Gaetz, former AG pick, had a threat called in on a mailbox at a former home, where a member of his extended family currently lives. The Okaloosa County Sheriff’s office said that the mailbox was cleared, and no device was found.

Pete Hegseth, Defense Secretary, had police roll up to his home after a bomb threat was called in. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is now searching for the culprit.

John Ratcliffe, CIA Director, was also targeted, according to news sources.

Susie Wiles, Chief of Staff, and Pam Bondi, AG, were also targeted according to Time.

Thankfully, so far, the threats all seem to be just that, threats. In every known instance, no device was found.
